We don’t just sell ferry tickets. We offer you personalized follow-up and assistance during and after your ticket purchase. Our specialized team is always ready to assist you with issues that might arise and help you get to your destinations safely and with peace of mind. We are here to handle anything that might come up regarding your ferry trip.
Standard/economy seats are the most popular and affordable option. In conventional ferries, these seats are situated on the deck or in internal lounges and are not numbered, so your ticket does not correspond to a specific seat. Therefore, in order to be comfortable during the crossing, we recommend boarding the ferry as soon as possible.
Another option is the air-type seats, which are located in separate lounges. They are numbered, more comfortable, and the most affordable option among the seats you can reserve. For luxury travel, there are also Business/VIP seats, which are situated in a separate lounge and are more expensive.
High-speed ferries offer only numbered seats, so a standard ticket corresponds to an air seat.
How to find your ferry in the port of Amorgos (Katapola)
All ferries to Santorini depart from the port of Katapola in Amorgos, which is situated around 5 km from Chora, the island's capital. It is a small port, so spotting your ferry is easy. In Santorini, the main ferry port, called Athinios, is located about 8 km away from Fira - the island's capital town.
In any case, make sure to arrive at the port at least 1 hour in advance since there is a lot of traffic. Especially if you are traveling in high season, keep in mind that both in Amorgos and Santorini, you will most likely encounter traffic congestion around the port and you should make sure you get there on time.
Santorini is highly popular with Greeks and foreigners alike, which may cause traffic around the port. For this reason, being there at least 1 hour before the official departure time is strongly recommended.

It is highly recommended that you leave bulky suitcases in the designated area and take only your personal belongings (wallet, keys, mobile phone, etc.) with you upstairs.
Traveling with a car
To take your car or motorbike with you to Santorini, you need a vehicle ticket.
Drivers should be at the port 1 to 1.5 hours before the official departure time.
For safety reasons, entering the garage while the ferry is sailing is forbidden. Note: Many car rental companies do not allow customers to ferry their vehicles. We recommend avoiding purchasing a vehicle ticket before contacting your car rental company.
