    FerriesInGreece was an easy way to find all ferries available and book them. They had all the instructions on getting the boarding pass and where to go for the ferry.

    FerriesInGreece is an easy way to find any ferry to book. It aggregates all ferry lines into one place and booking is simple.
    Information on check in and ferry location is detailed and I had no issues finding the right ferries.
    Their staff was helpful when we were searching for infrequent ferries during the low season.
    Highly recommended to use!

    Great for booking, but at weekends they abandon you if your ferry is cancelled.
    Arrived in Hydra on November 29, 2024, in the afternoon, I received an SMS telling me that the next day's ferry was cancelled.
    You try to contact them, no one, closed on weekends! I then tried to contact the ferry company, which told me no, it was a FerriesinGreece reservation. Luckily, the person at the office was able to take care of us.

    Though they always check the emails to serve passengers with urgent issues and regrettably you never sent us an email request asking for some assistance.
    Please note that when a trip is canceled by the ferry company the ticket rate is fully refundable so we are happy that the central office of Blue star ferries finally used this amount to change your tickets locally to the next available trip.

    We upgraded to Business Class and it was wonderful. Very comfortable, relaxing, and an all-around very pleasant experience.

    We would like to inform you that the ferry company Kerkyra Lines, with whom you booked your journey, has recently introduced an e-ticketing system. It is for this reason that we have been able to send you your tickets at your request.
    As for the other ferry companies offering e-tickets, they have an online check-in service allowing passengers to download their tickets themselves. We always include detailed instructions in our confirmation emails. Unfortunately, Kerkyra Lines does not yet offer this functionality.
    Our technical teams are currently working to resolve this issue, and in the near future, PDF e-tickets will be sent directly with your booking confirmation email.
    In the meantime, we would like to point out that the port kiosk, mentioned in your confirmation email, where you can collect your boarding passes, was just opposite the departure point of your ferry. So even without electronic tickets, you would not have had any problems.
