It was very stressful to look for the desks to check in in a totally unfamiliar city. I would find it more convenient if it could be done online. The service at the desk was fine. Because I booked late, I could only get a “deck” ticket, but on the boat I was able to enter my name at the desk after departure to get a cabin that was not taken. I am very happy that I succeeded.

Het was heel stresserend om in een totaal onbekende stad op zoek te gaan naar de bureaus om in te checken. Ik zou het handiger vinden mocht dat online kunnen. De service aan de desk was prima. Omdat ik laat geboekt had, kon ik enkel nog een ticket "deck" bekomen, maar op de boot kon ik na vertrek bij het onthaal mijn naam opgeven om nog een kajuit te bekomen die niet ingenomen was. Ik ben heel blij dat me dat gelukt is. -
