Easy

Booked trips from Santorini to Mykonos and then from Mykonos to Athens. Although the boats departed a bit late, the ride was great, seating very comfortable. Would definitely use this transportation to go island to island next trip.

Great Experience

Traveled to 3 islands and loved the ferry ride for each of them. Very comfortable seating, with plenty of leg room, drop down table and place to plug in your electronic devices. The seats are larger than airplane seats.I love that the seats are assigned and that you can walk around to different areas. Snack bars are great. Very pleasant and peaceful ride. A little chaotic when entering the ship but I think that's the European norm.
Only complaint is that on one of the boats the bathroom wasn't well maintained and another boat the seat and drop down table were filthy, covered in crumbs. Would be nice if there was free wifi especially for longer trips.

I booked tickets for a trip on 4 islands. Very easy to book. Received confirmation immediately.
A week before departure, I was notified by SMS and email that the first boat was canceled. I was offered either a new reservation on the remaining ferries of the day or a refund. I chose a new ferry. And I was refunded the difference, the new ferry being cheaper. Nothing to complain about.
On site, very easy to find agencies on the port to print tickets (small extra cost of 1 euro per ticket printed, but we knew it).
The staff were very courteous and very helpful. They all spoke English, sometimes French and several other languages, warning us in advance of the costs of each of our requests, which avoids the unfortunate impression that we sometimes have to be fooled abroad.
Ferries can sometimes be a little late (30 minutes once), but it's not worse than our city trains.
It seems to be a happy bazaar but in fact the organization works very well and we are very happy to have traveled from island to island on these ferries.
On ferries, the prices of food and drinks are normal. There does not seem to be an exorbitant extra cost like when traveling on a TGV train or plane.

Trustworthy transport

We used the ferry twice during our vacation in Greece: from Athens to Mykonos, and again from Mykonos to Athens. The first trip took some figuring out, as we did not know where to put our luggage or how to find our seats, but the staff was courteous and very helpful. Food and drink on board was great. Seats are very comfortable. Ride back from Mykonos was also very comfortable, though there was a delay due to weather. I would leave plenty of time if you are traveling elsewhere after the ferry, as bad weather on the sea can cause big delays. Only change I would recommend is allowing guests to sit where they choose. I got separared from my group due to seating assignments. Overall a great way to travel.

Easy online tickets to Aegina

We travelled to Aegina and back to Piraeus in Aug 2019. Buying tickets online was easy and changing the mobile voucher to actual tickets at the harbour equally easy. Instructions on the voucher very informative indeed!

Boat trips to 8 islands in 2019

Very good service and kind people. I will book ferries next year again with them. If some problems occur, they will notify you by e-mail and SMS so nothing can get wrong. No problem for picking up our tickets.
