    We have used these ferries many times and always received good reliable friendly service. Booking is easy, we have used both ticket home delivery and local ticket collection service, both work well. I would recommend collecting tickets at departure port as any time/ferry changes will be up to date. Any changes are always sent via email, and or text, in good time. The ferries keep good time too for any ongoing connections (flights etc.) :-)

    We booked via the internet, very easy. Need to replace to "real" tickets near the ferry and it took 2 minutes. We took our car in the ferry. In and out was done in minutes. Ferry from Rafina port went on time. Ferry back delayed in about 30 minutes but overall was very good. Thanks !

    Inside the ferry is very spacious and the booking process was straight forward. We travelled from Athens to Mykonos - it was not made clear how far away the ferry was from the ticket office or how to get from one to the other. The staff can be rude when shouting and gesturing. Cars, motorbikes and pedestrians are mixed in together and it doesn't feel like a very controlled process. Loading bags is chaotic! The ferry departed late both times that we used it.

    We are very happy that you found our booking process straight forward. We would like to inform you that the port kiosks of the ferry companies are always within walking distance from the ferry departure point.
    We contacted Blue Star ferries to find out what exactly happened with your booked itineraries and they confirmed that there was indeed a 30 minutes delay on both your routes for which we could not be informed as it was due to heavy traffic on the specific days and not due to a scheduled change.
    They also explained that due to the fact that the ferry in both cases came directly from another island and had to quickly proceed with the disembarkation and embarkation in order to follow its schedule, and since more than 1500 passengers had to embark very quickly, it is normal that their staff was under pressure. They advised us to send them an email or ask you to contact them directly if you feel that you were treated in a rude way by a specific staff member giving them more information about the incident so that they can investigate further the issue.
