  • Fine but can do better

    [Translated from French]
We embarked at Astypalea and travelled overnight to Athens in August. There were no cabins available 2 months before booking so I chose the business lounge. The pictures did not correspond to the boat we used. In fact, it's a room with round tables and armchairs and benches whose armrests limit comfort. I think the price of 83€/pers is very high for such poor comfort.
I suppose an "air seat" would be more comfortable, but it wasn't offered at the time of booking.
The boat was full, however, the embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly. We couldn't find the luggage room. No staff clearly indicated where it was, and reception staff were busy selling wi-fi packages from the very first hour.
Finally, the restaurant service is comprehensive, with a good choice.

  • Amorgos Naxos

The vessel is well equipped and of good quality. But, we used it in the low season so with a few people I can imagine the problems with a lot more people.
And it also needed to improve the organization for storage, securing and, identification of luggages.

  • To crowdy and no control on business class

Booked business class to get more space and service. The ship said all should wear face mask, but not all did that. The ticket control was only the first hour, later lot of people came in and we were not comfotable at all. The ship should have a separate toilet for business class.

  • Good but ...

The ship is fine, pleasant, but be careful if you have to travel for a long time, it is better to reserve seats inside.

  • Very disappointed with the service

    [Translated from French]
We bought seats in business class. The price being 2 and a half times the price of an eco class, we expected quality services.
The seats were extremely hard. Impossible to put the head down because the chair did not allow it.
On the other hand extremely unpleasant staff. An old lady was sleeping and had rested her head on her bag on the seat next to hers.
A member of the crew entered the business class and said to us in an unpleasant manner: keep your masks on. Seeing this lady sleeping, he shook her and woke her up so that she would recover straight.
I would like to point out that if we only had a 3 and a half hour journey, all these people had 5 more and there was no more available cabins.
Very bad experience. In addition, the cleanliness of the toilets was very bad. Especially during the Covid period.

  • Very good

    [Translated from French]
We really liked this boat because we could go out on deck to see the sea and the islands. The comfort is very good and the staff very nice.

  • Perfect

    [Translated from French]
Very comfortable boat with different pleasant spaces. The only downside is a very early departure in the morning and difficulty to find the right place to get our tickets. Tip: Stay overnight if possible or ask to receive all boarding passes by mail. It was the choice of our friends and it was much better.

  • Bad

    Always late 1h30 delayed.
    Dirty
